No – the app uses the built in GPS tracking functionality of your device to determine when you’ve crossed a border. The app then logs time spent in that jurisdiction. Therefore the only information that’s logged by PumpkinLog is the time spent in a particular jurisdiction. PumpkinLog employees are unable to track you and unable to access your device’s tracking functionality.

The app uses Global Navigation Satellite System’s such as GPS and a mobile signal is not required, so it works even when you’re on a flight at 30,000 ft.
Your data is securely backed up on our cloud servers so you can access it from another device at any time. You can also manually amend records, which is helpful if you loose your device, and you can attach documents such as flight records which we recommend where records have been amended.
